Off Site Catering Checklist

1.

Select your meal via our website or contact your Sugar Beach Representative to make your menu selections.

2.

Final menu selections and head count must be confirmed two weeks ahead of the event in order to ensure appropriate staffing and food planning.

3.

To ensure optimal service, your event planner will work with our catering manager to provide the necessary rentals to support the catering operation. When circumstances require it, your planner will secure these items.

4.

Our staff will arrive two hours ahead of the event to set up. Each off-site catering operation ends at 10:00PM.
