Vendor Submission

Thank you for your interest in working with Sugar Beach Events. We are always open to working with great partners, so please drop us a line here and we will follow up with you in the next 24 - 48 hours.

See below for Vendor Requirements.

  • We require that all vendors submit proof of insurance with $2,000,000 in liability coverage. Certificates must be submitted to Sugar Beach Events two weeks prior to event execution. Proof of insurance must be renewed on an annual basis.

  • All vendors must complete and submit a W-9 to Sugar Beach Events prior to their event. Please contact us for more details.
